Order Processing

Production lead times are 7-10 days, prior to dispatch. This allows us to craft each piece with the care, attention and precision that Céleste is known for. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

 

UK Shipping

We offer complimentary express delivery across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands).

Delivery timeframe is next working day upon dispatch and currently no additional fee for this service. 

International Shipping

DHL Express (inc. Duties & Taxes): covers shipping costs, administrative fees, and duties/taxes upfront.

DHL Express (excl. Duties & Taxes): means you only pay for shipping costs upfront. Upon arrival in your country, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and administrative fees. Noting that your package will be held up until payment for these charges is made.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and Céleste cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within these time frames.

Terms & Conditions

Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. Céleste cannot take responsibility for, nor replace, missing packages that are not flagged within this time frame. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are governed by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or customs issues, any return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
