CÉLESTE LONDON – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Céleste London (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“customer”, “you”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.


2. Order Process

All orders are placed via our website. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.


3. Product Information

Products are crafted in limited batches and may feature slight variations in colour, finish, or embellishment. These are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.


4. Production & Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Estimated production time is 1–2 weeks before dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and payment is required in full at the time of order.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
  • Made-to-order, customised, or embellished items are final sale unless faulty.

 

8. Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


9. Risk & Title

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received.


10. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, and content remain the intellectual property of Céleste London. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Céleste London is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
