Returns

We trust you will adore your Céleste art. Yet if anything feels off, you have 14 days from delivery to return your pieces. 

The returned package must arrive at our studio within this 14-day window. Unfortunately, returns received after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaged securely, ideally in the original Céleste packaging. If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, it will be posted back to you 2nd class. 

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

Céleste art is fragile, and although we take care in packaging for transit, if your piece is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us right away for further assistance.

We do not accept exchanges. Your order will need to be returned and another order made for the item you wish to replace it with.

Please note: commissioned or personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
